Pickles Eatery occupies a restored heritage shophouse in Binh Thanh, with a bar and a calm, low-lit dining room. Recent guides describe it as a place for unhurried evenings rather than quick dinners.

The wine selection runs to more than 350 imported labels, with organic and biodynamic bottles from over ten countries and an emphasis on artisanal producers chosen for character. Cocktails are also on offer.
