BLANK. Wine Bar & Kitchen

BLANK. is a modern wine bar and bistro on Hang Tre in the Old Quarter, popular with both locals and expats. It has a large open kitchen, a back room with a big table for groups, pavement seating and DJ sets; reservations are recommended.

The by-the-glass list rotates and is not published online, with natural whites alongside classic styles, and there are more serious bottles for those who want them.

The kitchen takes comfort food up a level: kale salad, Taleggio arancini and wagyu ravioli. Expect to spend roughly 600,000 to 700,000 VND per person.
