Mod Kaew started out on Soi Nai Lert in 2021 and has since moved to Sathorn Soi 12. The list runs to more than 100 low-intervention labels, with a focus on France and Spain, at modest markups. It was named Wine Bar of the Year at the 2025 Bangkok Bar Show and appears on Star Wine List.
Food comes as tapas-style small plates and heartier dishes, often created with guest chefs from other Bangkok restaurants.
The room is lively and bohemian, lit with red neon. Expect a queue from early evening without a reservation. It suits natural wine fans and groups who like to share bottles.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
