Ma Cave 21 (二一酒窖) is a wine shop and cellar in Songshan, opened in 2021 by Justin, the owner of Justin's Wine & Bistro. More than 90% of the wines are imported by the shop itself, with a strong showing of Burgundy and Champagne, and customers often buy a bottle and open it on the spot.

There is no food menu, but staff explain the wines and suggest pairings for home cooking. Highlighted bottles have included Fixin, Denis Mortet Bourgogne Rouge and grower Blanc de Blancs Champagne in the NT$2,000–3,500 range.

It suits shoppers who want expert advice on Burgundy and the option to drink a bottle in the cellar.

Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
