Justin's Wine & Bistro (小玖館) opened in Xinyi at the end of 2024 and has one of the largest bistro wine lists in Taipei, with 600 to 700 reds, whites and Champagnes, Burgundy at its heart, priced close to retail. Staff open more than 20 wines by the glass each day, Champagne included, and a daily three-glass tasting flight is aimed at newcomers. In 2025 it was a Star Wine List of the Year Asia finalist for Best By the Glass List and Best Newcomer List.
The kitchen serves a short bistro menu of oysters, Burgundy snails, mussels in white wine, scallops, duck breast, pasta and a blackboard of seasonal dishes. The room has high tables, sofa booths and a private basement room. Terms include a NT$800 per-person drinks minimum, a 10% service charge and NT$1,500 corkage per bottle.
It suits Burgundy and Champagne lovers and anyone wanting a deep list by the glass.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
