VINO TINTO is a Spanish tapas and wine bar in the lobby of One Raffles Quay, run by chef Daniel Chavez and Tamara Chavez as the third concept from the team behind Tinto.
The wine list is entirely Spanish, billed as the largest Spanish selection in the financial district, with more than 40 labels by the glass or bottle from regions such as Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Priorat, plus cava and sangria.
The kitchen serves tapas such as gambas al ajillo and Jamón Ibérico, paellas and fideuás, a vegetarian menu and a four-course business lunch. It suits CBD lunches and after-work happy hour, which runs on weekdays from 5.30pm.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
