The Champagnery is a Champagne-only bar on Amoy Street that opened at the turn of 2026, with plush curved banquettes and a glowing, bottle-lined back bar.
The list covers Champagne Louis Roederer and other well-known houses alongside rare grower selections, plus a short list of Champagne-based cocktails. On Wednesdays a 'Soirée' night offers two hours of unlimited Champagne.
It opens late and stays open into the small hours, so it suits celebrations, nightcaps and anyone continuing a night out in the Telok Ayer area.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
