Ma Cuisine

Ma Cuisine is a French gastro wine bar on Craig Road in Tanjong Pagar, holding one Michelin star. The small bistro room has candles in wine bottles and tables made from wine barrels, and the idea is to choose your wine first and the food second.

The cellar runs to more than 1,000 French wines, from grower bottles to rare and older vintages, with an unusually large Port selection, and the servers know the list in depth. A separate private cellar arm handles rare bottles.

The kitchen cooks classic French recipes with local ingredients, many designed for sharing, such as homemade terrine and lamb shoulder. It suits serious French wine drinkers, celebrations and long dinners.
