Gaston

Gaston is a Burgundy-style bistro, wine bar and wine shop in a Keong Saik shophouse, owned by a native Burgundian, with patterned tiled tables on a front terrace and a lit bar inside.

The list is mostly French with a strong Burgundy focus, running to hundreds of labels from small producers alongside bigger names, and more than ten wines are poured by the glass. A wine shop and mini-mart side sells bottles to take away, and the restaurant has its own corkage policy for those bringing wine.

The kitchen cooks homemade Burgundian specialities, with set lunches, an à la carte menu and weekend brunch. It suits Burgundy lovers, long lunches and relaxed evenings on the terrace.
