Project Vino Reserve is the most refined of the Project Vino wine restaurants, which also has branches in Greenbelt, Alabang Town Center and Poblacion (the original). It sits on Retail Row at The Proscenium in Rockwell.
The centrepiece is a glass, temperature-controlled cellar stocked with bottles sourced from wine expos around the world, and wine walls line the dining room.
The continental menu by chefs RJ Ramos and Alphonse Sotero (crab cakes, vongole, beef bourguignon) is designed to go with wine, with all-day, late-night and weekend brunch menus. It suits a long lunch or special-occasion dinner.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
