Bombvinos Bodega is the bricks-and-mortar home of Bombvinos, a Philippine importer of low-intervention, organic and biodynamic wines. Opened in 2023 by cousins Paolo Monasterio and Joey Osmeña, it combines a shop where you can browse and buy bottles with a living-room-style bar.
The full Bombvinos range is on the shelves, and the bar pours natural wines alongside cocktails and coffee. Chef Don Baldosano runs a vegetable-forward 'Pinoy bistronomy' menu.
The Bodega hosts tastings, trivia and DJ nights, and the space can be booked for private events. Tables are reserved through OpenTable.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
