Psychotic Operator is the wine-focused sister of Monster and Beer in Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya. Its list is adventurous and eclectic, mixing conventional bottles with natural, biodynamic and low-intervention producers, and a wall of bottles is on display.
The kitchen serves comforting dishes for sharing, including steaks supplied by Meat Feds. The room is bright and casual, with a few tables out front.
It is a relaxed place for day drinking or an early evening with friends.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
