Santé is the evening wine-and-dine restaurant at RÜSTERS, the creative and culinary complex on Jalan Raya Kengetan south of Ubud. Its cellar is guided by sommelier I Made Suarna, named Bali's Best Sommelier 2024, and the venue has hosted sommelier-led tastings for the Ubud Food Festival.
The menu is European and French, cooked by chef Nicolai Stage, and is set up for unhurried dinners and special occasions.
It opens only four evenings a week, Wednesday to Saturday, so booking ahead is sensible.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
