Hidden Gem sits on a hill at Hidden Hills Villas in Pecatu, with a 180-degree ocean view that makes it a sunset spot. It bills itself as having Bali's largest wines-by-the-glass selection, with around 40 wines poured by the glass from a sommelier-curated list.
