Belle is a small European-style wine bar on Jalan Monkey Forest in central Ubud, opened in 2023 in a former shop. The list covers France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the US and Indonesia, with a good share poured by the glass, starting with Sababay's Reserve White and Red from Bali.
Food is built around grazing boards: local artisan cheeses, high-welfare Balinese charcuterie, bread boards, crudités and paninis, with plenty of vegan options including locally made vegan cheese. Belle Flights offer four wines paired with small bites.
No reservations are needed, which makes it an easy stop for a glass after walking around Ubud.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
