ThinkWine

ThinkWine is a wine bar on the second floor of LL Tower on Shelley Street, set up in 2019 by French sommeliers Romain Loriot and Jean-Benoit Issele and now run by a team of four sommeliers. The list runs to more than 600 labels from Old and New World regions, with a particular depth in Burgundy and Languedoc-Roussillon and many smaller, harder-to-find producers.

Wines are sold by the glass and by the bottle, and the list is updated regularly. Food runs from charcuterie, cheese and seafood plates to seasonal raclette.

It suits wine drinkers who want sommelier guidance in a relaxed room in the middle of Soho, from after-work glasses to longer evenings exploring French producers.
