The Baker & The Bottleman is chef Simon Rogan's bakery and wine restaurant on Lee Tung Avenue, opened in 2022. Downstairs is a bakery; upstairs, the Bottleman restaurant serves an all-day menu and an evening à la carte of European-inspired sharing and larger plates.
The wine list is built on natural, organic and biodynamic wines from small growers, with a fun selection by the glass and favourites by the bottle, plus a short cocktail list.
It suits a relaxed lunch or an evening of low-intervention wine with good food. WhatsApp +852 2386 8933 (messages only). A second branch has opened in Sai Kung.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
