La Cabane has been a pioneer of natural wine in Hong Kong since 2010, and its Wine Bistro on Hollywood Road is the group's drinking and dining room. The list is built on low-intervention, natural, biodynamic and organic wines from small growers, covering France alongside Italy, Spain, Georgia, Austria, Czechia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the USA and China, with sparkling, skin-contact and orange wines well represented. It was a Star Wine List Sustainable Wine List finalist in 2025.
The kitchen serves sharing plates and a well-regarded cheese and charcuterie board, and the bistro hosts winemaker events and guest-chef nights. Bottles can be bought to take home through La Cabane's online shop and its cellar further along Hollywood Road.
It suits natural wine drinkers and anyone curious to explore the style with knowledgeable staff.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
