Crushed Wine Bar + Retail

Crushed is the wine bar and retail shop of Crushed Wines, co-founded by Camille Glass of neighbouring Brut!. The focus is sustainable, small-batch wines from producers in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, South Africa, France, Italy and Spain, with red, white, rosé, orange and sparkling bottles all available to drink in or take away. It was a Star Wine List Sustainable Wine List finalist in 2025.

The ground floor is a casual bar offering wine flights, with a dining room upstairs. The menu covers snacks such as gordal olives, smoked eggplant dip and lamb croquettes, cheese and meat platters, and pastas from lasagna to crab miso spaghetti.

It is open seven days, with weekend lunches, and suits anyone wanting to try new producers by the glass before buying a bottle.
