CORKS is a small neighbourhood wine bar at the Sheung Wan end of Hollywood Road. The list is mainly French and leans towards independent, family-owned wineries, with rosé and lighter French reds popular for drinking outside.
Food is limited to wine nibbles such as cheese and cured meats. Friday and Saturday nights get busy, with regulars gathering on the public seating outside.
It is a relaxed spot for an unfussy glass of French wine; there is a larger sister bar in Causeway Bay.
