Brut!

Brut! is a small wine-driven bistro on Second Street, co-founded by Camille Glass, formerly of La Cabane and founder of Crushed Wines, and chef George Kwok. The wines come mostly from organic and biodynamic farmers around the world, with orange and non-alcoholic options; much of the list is poured by the glass and written on the wall, changing regularly.

The food is a playful menu of sharing plates blending Hong Kong, French and Filipino influences under executive chef CJ Jalandoni, with vegetarian and vegan options. Bookings are online only; the phone and WhatsApp (+852 6700 6262) do not take reservations.

It suits diners who want adventurous wines with inventive small plates in a candlelit neighbourhood room.
