Bourke's is a laid-back, Australian-inspired wine bar on Peel Street, named after Melbourne's Bourke Street and opened in late 2024 in the former Shady Acres space by the same team. The list spotlights Australian wines within a wider global selection, and a cocktail menu is built around wine and fortified ingredients such as fino, vermouth and amontillado.
The kitchen goes beyond bar snacks, with dips, small plates such as chicken liver parfait and sea bream crudo, and sharing dishes such as South Australian blue mussels.
It suits an after-work glass or a casual dinner in the middle of Soho.
Small bars fill up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Book ahead where you can.
