Bar Cyclone

Bar Cyclone is a private-feeling wine bar on the 18th floor of the M88 building on Wellington Street, founded by sommelier and owner Jack Wu. The list of a few hundred bottles is exploratory, with many old vintages and rare wines and an unusually wide range by the glass; it has been a Star Wine List winner for its by-the-glass list and was a 2025 finalist in both the Best Medium-Sized List and Best By the Glass categories.

Signature formats include a blind-tasting set and a sommelier-led wine omakase. It began as a members' club with lower member prices, and walk-ins are now welcome; ring the doorbell at the bottom left of the keypad.

It suits serious wine lovers looking to taste rare bottles by the glass.
