We leave out hotel lobby bars and restaurants that simply have a wine list.
Every listing is researched from the bar's own website, reservation page and social accounts, plus recent reviews and guides. Opening hours, by-the-glass details and prices are shown as the bar publishes them. They change often, so always check with the bar before you go.
