Seoul has one wine bar on Wine Go Where so far. Sortie sits on the quieter edge of Seongsu-dong, opposite Ttukdo Market, pouring wine alongside small plates and pastas in a space modelled on Paris neighbourhood wine bars. It opens for dinner from Tuesday and adds lunch from Friday to Sunday.
